write for us

We're looking for pitches on the business of freelancing, writing in the AI age, search and content strategy, personal branding, time-saving workflows and client acquisition tactics.

what we're looking for

The best pitches feel like a warm, honest story that a professional like you can relate to after a long day at work. Bring lived expertise, not a generic overview.

how I edit AI articles

Spot AI-written content at a glance and edit it into something humans actually want to read. Here’s the exact process for turning AI drafts into publishable articles.

FAQs on writing for us

What topics are most likely to be accepted?
We love practical teardowns, workflow breakdowns, client management lessons, systems and processes, experiments with clear results, niche insights, pivot/career stories, and contrarian lessons from real work.
Do you accept pitches from beginner writers?
Writers of all levels are welcome. We evaluate pitches based on how interesting your idea is, the quality of your existing writing samples, even if they're unpublished, and how relevant the topic is to our blog and readers. Not how many bylines you have.
Can agencies or founders contribute?
Yes, as long as the content is written from personal expertise and is not a veiled promotional piece for your software or service.
Do you edit submissions?
Yes. We will help you refine your idea and tighten the final piece's structure before publishing.
Are guest posts paid?
Not at the moment.
Can I use AI to draft my pitch?
Use AI as a thinking aid if you want, but don't outsource the idea. We want your lived example, your point of view, and the messy context only you can explain. A polished generic outline is less useful than a specific human pitch.
What kind of links can I include?
You get a backlink to your portfolio in your author bio. Within the article, you may include non-promotional resources or tools. If you collaborate with experts, we'll credit them too.
How long until I hear back?
We review pitches within two weeks. If you don't hear back, assume your pitch wasn't a good fit. You're welcome to try again if you're brimming with ideas.
